The purpose of this letter is to introduce myself and to highly recommend Tiffany Travis and the VOSS team.
My name is Rasha Harris. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy by degree and an outpatient physical therapy clinic owner in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. I started my practice almost 10 years ago in a 900 sq ft space and quickly grew. About 4 years ago I expanded into a 3000 sq ft office and thought it time to bring on additional PTs. I signed on with two recruitment agencies and then a third not too long later. Two years later I was ready to expand again and still not did have any professional staff other than myself. I moved into the space I’m in now—a 4500 sq ft state-of-the-art clinic. I also started a therapy consulting and management company with contracts outside of my practice.
Working as hard as I do and putting in long hours for years is very tough. I finally decided to put my foot down and demand my husband and I go on a vacation! I tried to find other PTs close by that would be willing to cover while I’m gone and was unsuccessful. I called my three agencies for an update and got the same story: it’s hard to find anyone willing to come down to the Virgin Islands. Imagine that!!
Luckily, I came across VOSS while doing an internet search. I first spoke with Victoria Wyatt who was an absolute charm. Then came along Tiffany Travis—my dream maker. I did not make her job easy as I needed someone right away. I gave her the task of finding someone within 3 weeks!! Please keep in mind the other agencies had over 4 years at this point. Tiffany did it!! Although VOSS specializes in finding permanent placement candidates, they found me a PT willing to complete a short term assignment to satisfy my immediate need.
Europe was surreal!
When I returned from vacation, I found that Tiffany had already hit the ground running. Once again, she performed her magic and was able to find me a permanent candidate. My new PT is getting ready to start soon and my daughter is excited that Mommy will be able to pick her up from school more.
Tiffany and the VOSS team are fast, efficient and very effective. They were able to do what 3 other companies were not able to do. They have my vote of confidence and support.
